Role: Guest Relations Advisor
Where: Bellshill Office, Bellshill Industrial Estate, Belgrave Street, ML4 3NP
Position Details: Full Time
Salary: £22,000 – £25,00 depending on experience

We are expanding our team and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced industry managing properties across the Central belt of Scotland.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with previous customer service and sales experience
• Ideally an individual with experience within the hospitality background
• Someone who takes ownership of customer issues, solves problems and is quick to react to queries
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and time manage effectively
• Confident negotiator and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all relevant teams
• Someone who shows good attention to detail and is able to work with multiple software systems
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• We are a small dynamic team so we are looking for someone who is used to working in a team environment

What you’ll be doing:

Your role will be to work across all departments within the business and the main duties will include:

• Maintaining guest relationships and the smooth process for checking guests in to the property and throughout their stay
• Ensuring all payments/deposits are processed in a timely manner
• Dealing with accommodation enquiries
• Liaising with maintenance teams
• Using multiple software platforms in the day to day running of the business
• Maintaining safety records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations
• Complete property inspections.
• Deal with any complaints as they arrive as per our company complaints policy
• Creating long term relationships with owners and clients.
• Being comfortable using different social media platforms to drive engagement

Location and Commitments:

• Full Time
• Working from our Bellshill Office
• Flexible hours within the office and must be available to answer telephone enquiries at evenings and weekends

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Sales experience
• UK driving licence and own car
• Flexibility on shifts and able to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work from home
• Hospitality experience would be an advantage but not essential
